Experienced Leadership
Sukhdev Toor, President and CEO of Manga Hotels, is a veteran of the hospitality industry. Over the past two decades, he has been the recipient of numerous awards and accolades recognizing him as one of the top hoteliers. Notable honours include Intercontinental Hotel Group Canadian Developer of the Year and Hilton Hotels Builder of the Year.
Mr. Toor is responsible for the development of several hotels in the Greater Toronto Area. As a prominent leader in the industry, Mr. Toor developed Toronto's first LEED Certified hotel. LEED Certification is granted to buildings that have been designed, constructed and operate in a sustainable manner that is environmentally responsible and energy efficient. With a view to continue exceeding expectations, Mr. Toor has led the expansion into eastern Canada with developments in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Courtyard by Marriott in Halifax and Hilton Garden Inn in St. John's are just two of the several projects that Manga has in the pipeline. With Mr.Toor's vision to stay green and grow, Manga will maintain its commitment to client care and contentment.
